All residents should know the following information:
- Residents please keep in consideration that for the safety of your neighbors and your pets, no animals should be running at large. Pets are wonderful, however personal pets should not be a problem to your neighbors. Please control animals from barking habitually, running loose in Town, or creating other problematic situations. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!
- New construction in neighborhoods does not have to be a nuisance. Builders are held accountable for keeping their sites clean, our neighborhoods unlittered, and our town streets clean and free from dirt and debris.
- The Town of Winterville Public Works Department regularly picks up various household items. Maps and printed details are available at Town Hall, or you can call Code Compliance Officer, Melissa Lockamy, for more details. Along those lines, all items to be picked up, including leaves, limbs and other yard waste, should be placed behind the curb and out of the street.
- The Code Compliance Officer is available to discuss questions or concerns, so don’t hesitate to call or e-mail Melissa at (252) 756-7875 or melissa@wintervillenc.com.
