Due to circumstances related to a third party vendor, and delays with the US Postal Service, you will be receiving your utility bill later than usual. In an effort to assist customers, we will be waiving late fees (Winterville Utility Customers ONLY) for any bill that is due on January 15th, 2021. Please note that you can call and request your balance during normal business hours at 252-756-222, Option 5. You can also log into your account at billpay.wintervillenc.com.
This will not affect the cutoff date for customers on this billing cycle. We are continuing to waive convenience fees for paying over the phone and online during the pandemic. Thank you for your continued patience during these challenging times!
