AMMENDED NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING:

The Town Council for the Town of Winterville will meet in a Special Called Meeting on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Assembly Room to discuss the following:

1. Allowed uses in the Agricultural Residential Zoning District;

2. Requested Change in the Off-Premise Advertising Regulations; and

3. Discussion of Results of Fire Department Master Plan.

4. CLOSED SESSION – Personnel :§143-318.11(a)(6): To consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee.
