Sealed Proposals will be received by the Town of Winterville North Carolina in the Town Hall Assembly Room, 2571 Railroad Street, Winterville, North Carolina, until 2:00 pm, local time, Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the furnishing of Labor, Materials, and Equipment for Winterville’s Line Relocation for U2817 NCDOT Road Widening Project.
