Inspections Scheduling
Inspections are conducted between 8:30am and 12:00pm, Monday-Thursday. Inspections request entered after 4:00pm are not reviewed until the following business day.
Building Inspections Online Portal
The Town of Winterville offers an online portal for building permit and inspections requests. We also offer an in-person building permit and inspections request kiosk, located inside Town Hall.
New Contractor Accounts
If you are a contractor and have not pulled Town permits in recent years, Staff will need to create your account. Please complete form below:
Depending upon the type of project, there may be requirements from additional local, state, and federal authorities. Some examples include Winterville Planning and Zoning, Winterville Fire/Rescue/EMS, NC Department of Labor, Pitt County, etc. It is the responsibility of the contractor or homeowner to ensure that applicable requirements are fulfilled.
Homeowner Exemption Affidavit
Required for residential projects in which homeowner is claiming contractor licensing requirement exemption(s), as outlined in document.
