TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE

The Town Clerk manages the Winterville Code of Ordinances, which contains the ordinances passed by the Winterville Town Council. It shall be the duty of the Town Clerk to guarantee that the Town Code is updated on a quarterly basis. You may click on the Town Code to access the Winterville Code of Ordinances.

Other responsibilities of the Town Clerk consist of the following:
  • Agenda Preparation;
  • Custodian of Official Documents;
  • Elections;
  • Meeting Administration;
  • Minutes;
  • Records Management;
  • Town Newsletter; and
  • Serves as Public Information Officer.
