Annual Conversion to Free Chlorine
The Town of Winterville will begin our annual conversion to free chlorine on Monday, June 15, 2026, for a period of six weeks. Hydrant flushing will begin mid-week to assist the conversion process in the distribution system. The Town will return to chloramines on Monday, July 27, 2026.
